While it was a hobby, he used it to create content for his department, even though it wasn't part of his job, because he loved the journey of creating the content. He captured images of his staff, produced recruitment videos, and covered events. He then found an opportunity to obtain a MS in Interactive Media and Communication at Quinnipiac University, where he learned fundamentals in post-production (Lightroom, Premier pro, etc.) and social media management/best practices.
